This vacation has no cash value and may not be substituted or altered. Canine Companions for Independence and the Valley of the Sun chapter, (providers), are held harmless in the event that this trip is cancelled or interrupted due to inclement weather, winner or his/her designee choose to cancel this trip once scheduled, or any other conditions outside the control of the providers. Airfare allowance of $1,000 will be paid to the winner in the form of a cashier’s check once the trip has been scheduled and verified. All transportation details are the responsibility of the winner. Instructions will be provided for transportation from Belize City to San Pedro Island and Sapphire Beach Resort. Every effort will be made to accommodate the winner’s choice of dates, however some dates may not be available. Trip must be taken within one calendar year of drawing date - 9/10/2011. Airfare allowance and trip will be forfeited after this date. You do not need to be present at drawing to win. Winner will be contacted by phone/email.
